We would like to introduce ourselves, Mike and Karen Ball, as the proprietors of Citrus Hills D'Lites Emporium. We are originally from Broward County, Florida where we often visited the original D'Lites Emporium located in Plantation, Florida. We enjoyed D'Lites soft serve for many years before moving to Moultonborough, New Hampshire, one of the small towns surrounding beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. |

Although we love New Hampshire, we returned to Florida (Citrus County) in February 2006 to be closer to our 5 children and 5 grandchildren who live in South Florida. We now live in one of the beautiful Citrus Hills communities. |

Ever since leaving South Florida, we have missed D'Lites soft serve and it is our love of this product that prompted us to open one in our own community. We could not resist when we saw the new Heritage Hills Plaza under construction. It is our desire to provide the Citrus Hills communities with a comfortable and inviting place to enjoy this delicious and healthy alternative to high fat and sugar laden ice cream. Come in for sugar free cookies, low carb brownies and muffins, 100% fruit smoothies and much more. |

On a personal note, you may see us out and about on our motorcycle enjoying the beautiful scenery of Citrus County. Don't be surprised if you see Rosco, our Yorkshire Terrier, riding along with us. |
